It was reasonably clean, everyone was incredibly nice and exceptionally pleasant. The location was marvellous and unbeatable - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. The restaurant had basic food. No complains at all, the venue met needs well, strongly recommend it.

I had a double room that also was complete with a fridge, the bathroom and microwave. Coffee/tea making machines, a refrigerator and an oven were a nice touch. The location was marvellous, for example, Arcade was within walking distance of the hotel.

We were 4 people for 5 days. We practically used it only for sleeping. Good location, close to the parks. Comfortable room, a little bit old but everything adequate, always when we returned everything was clean and with provision of towels, shampoo and soap, very good. We had breakfast only one day, the super basic breakfast, but for the cost of the hotel that includes breakfast is already a plus. It fulfills its goal of being a place to rest after walking so much every day. You can park right outside your room. The pool looked good but we never used it. I definitely recommend it.
A little old room with few lights but many lamps. But all good! If the plan is to go all day to the parks or to get to know Orlando, it's a good option to rest.

Great place to stay just 3 km away from Falcon's Fire Golf Course. Location is excellent and unbeatable, very close to other parks, most public stores, and convenience stores like Publix, CVS, and a Nike Factory.

hotel is well located, close to Disney. Regarding the reception staff. only the young ones speak Spanish or try to understand you, older ones did not even make an effort to facilitate the attention, The cleaning was done daily and employees were very attentive. except for the fact that if you decided to rest after 8am. you had them knocking on the door without stopping to clean, I think is in bad taste, Breakfast is limited to coffee, juice. yogurt, cereal, jam and a kind of donut-shaped bread, room we had was large but being a somewhat old hotel, it smelled musty and only had a coffee maker for which coffee was provided every day. pool area, although we didn't use it. looked clean and tidy, It has a laundry room with access to guests, It is a hotel of passage according to the price.
The unwillingness of older receptionists to speak the language. The fact that the cleaning staff bothered to clean the room early (8am). I think they should do it at least after 10am where most of the passengers were already gone. The breakfast was repetitive and not very varied.

I was staying in a room with two double beds. They were very comfortable and room was big. pool is always a good thing, not very big but enough to have a good bath. Ice dispensing machines. Transportation to Disney only takes you to Hollywood studios. From there you can move to the rest of the parks for free. If the morning pick up at the hotel is punctual (it is not always), it will give you time to get to other parks at the opening time.
When we arrived at the check-in, there was only one worker attending, which was insufficient. A lot of waiting time and not very pleasant treatment due to the overload of work that only one worker had at the reception. The lights in the room illuminated very little. The transportation to Disney was not punctual, it only goes to Hollywood Studios and if you have to go to other parks you lose a lot of time to go and then come back. Although there were ice machines, it would be appreciated if there was a small refrigerator in the rooms.

Excellent hotel, economic, very clean and with the necessary to spend some beautiful days in Disney! I admit that at the beginning I was afraid of cleaning the carpets, but when I arrived I was very surprised, it was very, very clean and without any unpleasant smell. Everything was impeccable. Very close to the parks, both Disney (about 10 minutes) and Universal. We drove by car (it has free parking) but I think I had a bus transfer to these. . Breakfast is basic, coffee, juice, bagel and oranges but it's a great way to start the day. Some rooms have a frigobar and a microwave (they are a little more expensive than the ones that don't). In the corner there is a walgreens and new balance. It has a laundry room, only 2 dollars for the washing and 2 dollars for the drying, which takes in a lot of clothes. I would come back without hesitation!

Very nice the central patio with green areas, excellent the heated swimming pool (big, very clean and well maintained), the cleaning of the room quite well (it has carpet but it was clean), well they do daily cleaning in the room (they change towels, throw away the papers from the trash can and make the bed), very nice reception staff, they have sale of tickets for the parks right there, Disney souvenir shop and rent a car in the reception (although we did not hire that company because it was not convenient for us). Places to eat nearby, CVS and Walgreen at 5 minutes walking. Free transportation to Disney Parks (they offer paid transportation to Universal but it's convenient for Uber that it costs a few dollars less and you can move around whenever you want). The wi fi worked perfectly in the room and patios. Free parking is great! We would come back anyway! PS: go to the karting in the Fun Spot America Park! (You can walk from the hotel)
In general everything was fine, but they could improve the cleanliness of the corridors and stairs in the common spaces, since, at least in the stairs to go up to our room during all our stay (13 days) we saw a pencil lid on the floor and then a chicken bone was added, which shows that they never swept the stairs (however the cleanliness inside the room was fine). In addition, they could sweep 1 or 2 times a day the water that accumulates in the exterior corridors of each room which is expelled by the air conditioning, to avoid the formation of water pools. The breakfast included is basic and without variation, but if you are not very demanding it is good and tasty, it is appreciated to have the option to eat something before going to the parks (bagel bread, butter, cream cheese, jam, orange, vein, tea, coffee, juices). Very calm and quiet, only one day we wanted to sleep until later the lawn mower woke us up at 8 am). Only in the bathroom counter you always find a few very small ants (but they don't bother at all and don't show up in the food you leave on the desk). None of the above is so bad, but if they get better this would be perfect!
